The nose is elegant and offers a beautiful finesse, power as well as structure. It reveals notes of fleshy cassis, crunchy red berries combined with hints of blue berries, fresh leather, raspberries, discreet roasted hints / mocha, nutmeg as well as a discreet hint of pepper. The palate is fruity, well-balanced and offers a small freshness, a beautiful finesse, a beautiful mineral frame as well as a beautiful guideline. On the palate this wine expresses notes of fleshy blackberries, small fleshy / juicy berries associated with small touches of raspberries, ripe / crushed red berries, small blue fruits as well as discreet hints of violet, camphor, racy minerality, coffee and a very discreet toasted hint / Bourbon vanilla. Tannins are fine, tight and structuring. (2020+)
