The nose is fruity and offers a very fine concentration. It reveals notes of cassis, ripe/crushed raspberry and small ripe fruits associated with fine hints of violet/flowers, racy minerality, very discreet hints of spices as well as an imperceptible hint of cocoa, salinity and Cuben pepper. The palate is fruity, well-balanced and offers a good definition, a fine mineral frame (almost saline), a small fat/fleshiness, a fine suavity, gourmandize as well as a beautiful definition/construction. On the palate this wine expresses notes of ripe cassis, ripe raspberry and small notes of small wild black berries associated with fine hints of limestone, a subtle hint of spices and very discreet hints of chocolate. Tannins are precise, fine and elegant. Good length. A fine salinity on the finish.
