The color is pale cherry, the wine is limpid and shiny. The first nose is slightly animal with leather and also notes of undergrowth like humus. With aeration, sweet aromas appear like sweet spices, vanilla and plum. There is also a pleasant note of Japanese Mizunara oak. The palate is fresh. We find these sweet notes of vanilla and mizunara oak. The toast is well integrated. The acidity is present from the start and allows the tannins to develop smoothly. We have more texture than aromas. Plum and blackberry are discreet. The humus, the leather, the smoke are much more present on the finish. The end of the mouth is persistent with a hint of salinity.
