The palate is fruity, well-balanced and offers juiciness, minerality, tension, elegance as well as a beautiful juicy / acidulous frame. On the palate this wine expresses notes of crunchy / juicy vine peach, crunchy / juicy apple and small notes of juicy quenette associated with touches of citrus (tangerine, lemon), a hint of yuzu zest as well as slight hints of racy minerality and an imperceptible hint of olive / sense of place. A slight saline hint (in the background) and sapidity on the finish. There is an imperceptible hint of varietal bitterness on the persistence.
