The nose is fruity and offers a fine intensity and a fine power. It reveals notes of wild cassis, sweet spices, small notes of wild strawberry associated with a hint of zan, Sichuan pepper, small black berries as well as a discreet hint of black tea (in the background). The palate is fruity, mineral, well-balanced and offers a fine acidulous frame, juiciness, suavity as well as a fine fat, precision and a fine straightness. On the palate this wine expresses notes of pulpy/juicy cassis, wild raspberry, small notes of small berries associated with touches of violet, iris, a racy minerality as well as a subtle hint of chocolate, caramelization and toasted. Tannins offer a fine straightness.
