The nose is fruity and offers a fine intensity. This wine should be decanted. It reveals notes of juicy/ripe red berries and more slightly juicy cassis associated with a fine hint of ripe/juicy cherry, flowers, gray pepper as well as very discreet hints of liquorice stick (in the background). The palate is mineral, fruity, well-balanced and offers juiciness, a juicy/mineral frame, gourmandize, a small silkiness as well as suavity. On the palate this wine expresses notes of fleshy/juicy cherry, fleshy/juicy raspberry and more slightly fleshy/juicy cassis associated with small touches of violet, cornflower as well as hints of liquorice, toasted/sweet spices and a very discreet hint of Bourbon vanilla (in the background). Tannins are well-built
