The palate is mineral, fruity, well-balanced and offers juiciness, a juicy/mineral frame, gourmandize, a small silkiness as well as suavity. On the palate this wine expresses notes of fleshy/juicy cherry, fleshy/juicy raspberry and more slightly fleshy/juicy cassis associated with small touches of violet, cornflower as well as hints of liquorice, toasted/sweet spices and a very discreet hint of Bourbon vanilla (in the background). Tannins are well-built.
