The nose offers maturity and a delicate spicy side. The wine expresses notes of morello cherry, blackcurrant, blueberry jam, red cherry, wild strawberry, as well as notes of licorice, white pepper, crème de cassis, vanilla and chocolate mint. The taste is juicy and silky. We find notes of fresh black plum, wild blackberry, morello cherry, crushed strawberry, as well as refreshing touches of dried mint, violet and licorice. Good balance and tension. Tangy, tight and powerful finish.
