The nose is aromatic, fruity and offers freshness, precision. It reveals notes of boysenberry, lilac, iris and small notes of cherry associated with touches of juicy cassis, raspberry as well as hints of tea, nutmeg, sweet spices and a discreet hint of clove. The palate is fruity, well-balanced and offers an acidulous / juicy frame, a good definition, gourmandise, precision, a beautiful fleshiness as well as a small fat. On the palate this wine expresses notes of juicy / fleshy cassis, boysenberry and small notes of lilac, iris associated with touches of raspberry, crushed blueberry as well as hints of chocolate, toasted, almond and with very discreet hints of sweet spices.
