The nose is elegant, fruity and offers a freshness, a beautiful finesse, a beautiful power as well as a fine grain. It reveals notes of ripe wild cassis, ripe strawberry and small notes of underwood associated with small touches of ripe blueberry, incense, Cuben pepper and very slight meaty hint, tea as well as a very discreet hint of violet, gravels/almost iodine minerality and Brazilian pepper. The palate is fruity, juicy, well-balanced, beautifully elegant and offers a good definition, gourmandize, precision, a beautiful minerality/freshness, a beautiful finesse as well as an acidulous/juicy frame. On the palate this wine expresses notes of juicy/acidulous cassis, juicy/acidulous raspberry and small notes of juicy/acidulous small red berries associated with fine touches of tea, underwood, toasted almond, meat as well as very discreet hints of nutmeg, smoke, spices and an imperceptible grassy hint (in the background).
