On the nose, fruity with power, fine grain and some depth. It reveals the notes of bright wild blackberry, grey pepper and more lightly of small wild black berries combined with hints of blueberry, cherry as well as hints of zan, a discreet touch of nutmeg and black tea. The palate is fruity and offers juiciness, minerality, good definition, some intensity, freshness, a little concentration and a racy grain. On the palate expressing notes of pulpy/juicy blackberry, small red berry and slightly fresh/juicy cherry combined with touches of bright purple plum, zan, sweet spice, black tea, cardamom and an imperceptible hint of herbs. The tannins are precise, elegant and offer a certain suppleness.
