The nose is fruity, gourmand and relatively concentrated. It reveals notes of red fruit (strawberry, redcurrant) and fine notes of blueberry, crème de cassis associated with slight flinty notes. The palate is fruity, mineral, gourmande, relatively fleshy and offers freshness, a small tension, an acid frame as well as a beautiful silky unctuous matter.
