Château Bellevue-Cardon 2019

The nose offers a fine freshness, a fine concentration and a vanilla character. There are notes of fresh vanilla, violets and, to a lesser extent, blackberry, combined with a touch of fresh strawberry and a discreet hint of pepper. The palate offers fruit, freshness, tension, verticality and a fine tannic structure. On the palate, this wine expresses notes of vanilla, fleshy raspberry and, more slightly, fleshy strawberry, combined with hints of violet/fresh flowers, toasted notes, a subtle hint of liquorice and a discreet hint of pepper and varietal (in the background). The tannins are tightly wound.
