Château Belles-Graves 2016 – Lalande-de-Pomerol

The nose ils fruity and slightly gourmand. It reveals notes of blackberry, griotte and cassis associated with slight hints of toasted as well as a very discreet hint of sweet spices and dark chocolate. The palate is fruity, well-balanced, fine, gourmand, beautifully built/structured and offers beautiful fat as well as a mineral frame and an acidity in the background. In the mouth this wine expresses notes of blackberry jam and hint of crushed cassis associated with discreet hints of crushed strawberry, chocolate, spices and a very discreet hint of vanilla and caramelization. Tannins are well-built. Good length and persistence. Beautiful potential!
