Château Belle-Vue 2018 – Haut-Médoc

The nose is fruity, aromatic and offers a fine freshness, a fine complexity and a fine flowery side. On the palate this wine expresses notes of fresh/ripe strawberry, fresh/ripe raspberry and small notes of fresh flowers associated with fine touches of liquorice as well as a very discreet hint of cardamom and an imperceptible hint of nutmeg/gray pepper. The palate is fruity, fresh, mineral, well-balanced and offers a fresh/acidulous frame, juiciness, freshness. On the palate this wine expresses notes of juicy/fresh cassis, juicy/fresh raspberry and small notes of juicy/fresh wild strawberry associated with fine touches of flowers, very fine hints of racy minerality as well as an imperceptible hint of tonka bean (in the background) and tea (in the background). Tannins are structuring. Good length. A very fine firmness on the finish.
