Château Bel Orme Tronquoy Lalande 2020, Haut-Médoc, Cru Bourgeois

On the nose it is fruity and offers power, a fine concentration, a very discreetly tight grain and density. It reveals notes of ripe wild blackberry, cherry and slightly strawberry associated with touches of racy minerality as well as hints of tonka bean and fine hints of spice. On the palate it is fruity, balanced and offers a juicy / mineral frame, gourmandize, a nice juicy / fleshy fruit and a fine straightforwardness. On the palate this wine expresses notes of pulpy raspberry, juicy / pulpy blackcurrant and more slightly of small red berries associated with touches of violet, tonka bean, almond, a hint of spices, liquorice as well as ‘with fine hints of chocolate / caramelization (base). The tannins are precise and structuring. A little freshness and a hint of vanilla on the persistence.
