Château Bel Air Eiffel 2021 – Graves de Vayres

Château Bel Air Eiffel 2021 – Graves de Vayres

The nose is fruity, tightly wound and reveals fine depth and a certain gourmandize. There are notes of full-bodied cherry, full-bodied violet plum and, more slightly, blueberry, combined with small touches of full-bodied/juicy redcurrant, as well as fine points of violet, star anise and a very discreet hint of bergamot. The palate is fruity, with freshness, minerality, a juicy/acidic structure, good definition, a certain tension, fine restraint. On the palate this wine expresses pulpy/juicy blackberry, bright wild blackcurrant and lighter red berry notes with hints of lily, plum blossom and hints of racy minerality, graphite, a discreet varietal quality and hints of cardamom. The tannins are supple and delicately linear.
