It reveals notes of cassis, blackberry and small notes of juicy/ripe red fruits (cherry, raspberry) associated with small touches of liquorice, cornflower as well as subtle hints of tonka bean and an imperceptible hint of Cuben pepper. The palate is fruity, fresh, mineral, well-balanced and offers an acidulous frame, tension, preicsion as well as a good structure.
