Château Bel-Air 2018 – Pomerol

Château Bel-Air 2018 – Pomerol

The nose is racy, mineral and offers a small concentration. It reveals notes of cassis and flowers (violet, iris) associated with touches of fresh raspberry, fresh/ripe small berries as well as small touches of nutmeg, spices and a very discreet hint of zan. The palate is fruity, fresh, mineral, well-balanced and offers a good definition, gourmandize, a mineral frame as well as silkiness. On the palate this wine expresses notes of fleshy/juicy cassis, juicy/fresh blackberry and small notes of black cherry associated with small touches of chocolate, liquorice as well as fine hints of caramelization. Good length.
