The nose is spicy and offers a fine freshness as well as a fine power. This wine should be decanted. It reveals notes of fleshy blackberry, wild raspberry and more slightly gray pepper associated with fine hints of fleshy Gariguette strawberry, violet, liquorice, mocha as well as very discreet hints of sweet spices/nutmeg. The palate is fruity, fresh, mineral, well-balanced and offers suavity as well as a finely acidulous/fresh frame. On the palate this wine expresses notes of fleshy cherry, fleshy/juicy cassis and more slightly fleshy/juicy small red berries associated with a touch of juicy violet plum, liquorice as well as very discreet hints of spices.
