The palate is fruity, fresh, mineral, well-balanced and offers suavity as well as a finely acidulous/fresh frame. On the palate this wine expresses notes of fleshy cherry, fleshy/juicy cassis and more slightly fleshy/juicy small red berries associated with a touch of juicy violet plum, liquorice as well as very discreet hints of spices.
