Château Beauséjour Héritier Duffau-Lagarrosse 2015 – Saint-Emilion Grand Cru, 1er Grand Cru Classé

The nose is fruity, powerful, fine and elegant. It reveals notes of blackberry and cassis combined with a touch of sour cherry as well as slight notes of liquorice, spice and oak. The palate is fruity, gourmand, deep, relatively sleek and offers a racy minerality, a certain tension, a finesse, a beautiful elegance, suavity as well as a beautiful, silky and slightly unctuous matter. In the mouth this wine expresses notes of plum, blackberry and fines notes of blueberry associated with a hint of flowers, a discreet note of tobacco and a slight hint of zan. Tannins are fine and elegant. Good length and aromatic persistence.
