Château Beauséjour – Cuvée Prestige 2019 – Fronsac

The nose is precise, fruity and offers a small racy power as well as a certain deepness. It reveals notes of wild cassis, small wild berries and small notes of blackberry, cornflower associated with touches of Cuben pepper, wild strawberry as well as very slight hints of lily, incense, licorice and spices. The palate is fruity, well-balanced and offers a slight acidulous frame, roundness, suavity, gourmandise, freshness, a good definition, juiciness, a small racy minerality as well as a small straightness. In the mouth this wine expresses notes of pulpy / juicy cassis, juicy / fleshy blackberry and small notes of wild strawberry associated with touches of cornflower, crushed blueberry as well as slight hints of crushed raspberry, licorice, incense, cardamom and very slight toasted hints. Tannins are well-built.
