Château Beauregard 2022 – Pomerol

Château Beauregard 2022 – Pomerol

(AB) Lovely elegant nose, bright, full and offers lovely definition, very nice freshness as well as fullness and harmony. It reveals notes of pulpy blackberry, pulpy blackcurrant and small notes of violet associated with touches of iris, hints of small bright red fruits, hints of varietal, infusion as well as a hint of fresh nutmeg, almost fresh saffron (in its floral side) and pepper. The palate is fruity and offers gourmandise, generosity, roundness, depth, elegance, a hint of darkness, tension, precision, a tangy/juicy structure, a nice fullness, subtlety as well as a nice definition and finesse in its power. Very nice textured material. On the palate this wine expresses notes of juicy/fresh blackcurrant, violet and small notes of fresh/crunchy blackberry associated with touches of crunchy cherry, varietal hints, almost infusion/maceration as well as hints of toast, mocha and sweet blond tobacco. The tannins are supple and sappy. A fine roasted side of the grape seeds.
