The nose is fruity, elegant, racy and offers a beautiful finesse of the grain, intensity, freshness as well as a certain delicacy and a beautiful construction. It reveals notes of pulpy Boysen berry, crushed wild strawberry, small notes of pulpy blue fruits associated with touches of cornflower, Sichuan pepper, small wild fruits as well as hints of cocoa, cinnamon, sweet spices and a discreet hint of cardamom. The palate is fruity, well-balanced and offers an acidulous frame, minerality, a beautiful definition, a beautiful acidulous, elegance and suavity. On the palate this wine expresses notes of pulpy blackberry, juicy plum, small notes of acidulous raspberry associated with touches of cornflower, pulpy redcurrant as well as hints of violet, lily, nutmeg, cocoa, dark chocolate, fine hints of cuben pepper, vanilla and a subtle hint of sugared tobacco (in the background). Good length and persistence. Tannins are elegant, precise and racy. A beautiful aromatic persistence.
