The nose is aromatic, fruity and offers a small power, deepness and a fine grain. It reveals notes of ripe strawberry, wild blackberry and small notes of ripe raspberry associated with small touches of wild cassis, violet as well as very fine hints of grey pepper, nutmeg and a subtle hint of cardamom/spices. The mouth is fruity, fresh, mineral, well-balanced and offers a good definition, a juicy/acidulous frame as well as crunchiness. In the mouth this wine expresses notes of crunchy cassis, crunchy/juicy raspberry and small notes of small crunchy berries associated with fine touches of fresh violet, a hint of fresh iris as well as fine hints of cocoa/toasted. Good length. A very discreet hint of toasted almond on the finish.
