The nose is aromatic and offers a fine intensity/concentration. It reveals notes of ripe cassis, wild blackberry and small notes of spices associated with fine touches of red fruits as well as very discreet hints of vanilla, fresh leather and chocolate. The palate is fruity, well-balanced and offers definition, juiciness, fat, an acidulous/juicy frame and minerality. On the palate this wine expresses notes of fleshy/juicy cassis, fleshy/juicy raspberry and small notes of fleshy/juicy blueberry associated with very fine hints of liquorice. Tannins are well-built. Good length. A very discreet chew on the finish.
