The palate is fruity, mineral, juicy, bright and offers a beautiful mineral structure, a good definition / dynamism and a nice fat. On the palate this wine expresses notes of Golden apple, lemon, mandarin and hint of quince associated with a discreet note of exotic fruit, crushed pear and mirabelle plum. Good length.
