The nose is fruity, elegant and offers a fine intensity, precision as well as deepness. It reveals notes of ripe wild cassis, blackberry and small notes of violet associated with fine touches of blueberry, liquorice, cornflower as well as hints of cardamom, sweet spices and very discreet hints of vanilla pod. The palate is fruity, mineral, well-balanced and offers an acidulous frame, fat as well as richness. On the palate this wine expresses notes of ripe wild cassis, ripe blueberry and small notes of cornflower associated with fine touches of blackberry, raspberry, liquorice as well as hints of cardamom, tonka bean and a very discreet hint of black tea. Tannins are well-built. Persistence with notes of chocolate and almond.
