The palate is fruity, mineral, well-balanced and offers an acidulous frame, fat as well as richness. On the palate this wine expresses notes of ripe wild cassis, ripe blueberry and small notes of cornflower associated with fine touches of blackberry, raspberry, liquorice as well as hints of cardamom, tonka bean and a very discreet hint of black tea. Tannins are well-built. Persistence with notes of chocolate and almond.
