The nose is fruity, well-built, gourmand and offers a slight concentration. It reveals notes of fresh boysenberry, strawberry and slight notes of cassis associated with a subtle hint of crushed raspberry, flowers, licorice, chocolate as well as a very discreet hint of caramelized oak. The palate is fruity, well-balanced, slithly tight and offers tension, precision, a slight concentration, a good definition, a slight gourmandise / suavity as well as a slight freshness. On the palate this wine expresses notes of Boysenberries, strawberry and crushed cassis associated with a subtle hint of crushed raspberry, blueberry and discreet touches of vanilla, toasted touches and a very discreet hint caramelized oak.
