The palate is fruity, well-balanced, slithly tight and offers tension, precision, a slight concentration, a good definition, a slight gourmandise / suavity as well as a slight freshness. On the palate this wine expresses notes of Boysenberries, strawberry and crushed cassis associated with a subtle hint of crushed raspberry, blueberry and discreet touches of vanilla, toasted touches and a very discreet hint caramelized oak. Tannins are well-built, very slightly tight and very slightly chewy. There are a touch of dark chocolate and a touch of almond on the aftertaste. There is a very discreet touch of minerality almost saline on the persistence.
