It reveals notes of blackberry, ripe cassis and small notes of ripestrawberry associated with small touches of fleshy blueberry, flowers (cornflower, violet), fine hints of liquorice, grilled bread, tonka bean, toasted as well as a very discreet hint of Cuben pepper and cardamom. The palate is fresh, fruity, well-balanced, delicate, beautifully elegant and offers a beautiful definition, gourmandize, a mineral frame, a small juiciness, a beautiful finesse of the grain, power, a beautiful finesse as well as a beautiful finesse of the structure. On the palate this wine expresses fleshy/fresh cassis, fleshy/juicy black cherry and small notes of fleshy/juicy blueberry associated with touches of fleshy/juicy raspberry, hints of flowers (cornflower, violet), small wild berries, a very discreet hint of iris as well as subtle hint of coffee, chocolate, toasted/caramelization.
