The nose is fruity, crunchy and offers a fine power/intensity. It reveals notes of crunchy cassis and fresh small red fruits associated with fine/discreet touches of cornflower, Cuben pepper as well as subtle/discreet touches of spices and an imperceptible hint of toasted. The palate is fruity, well-balanced and offers suavity, a beautiful tension, a beautiful definition, freshness, a fine acid frame, a bit aerial, gourmandize as well as a fine suavity. On the palate this wine expresses notes of blackberry, fresh and crunchy raspberry and more slightly ripe/fleshy red berries associated with small notes of liquorice, cocoa as well as subtle/discreet touches of toasted and an imperceptible hinte of toasted almond (in the background). Tannins are fine and very slightly dry. There is a very discreet saline hint on the finish (it brings gourmandize as well as suavity).
