The nose is fruity, fresh, elegant, distinguished and aromatic. There are notes of pulpy blackcurrant, violet and, more slightly, pulpy raspberry associated with fine touches of lily, blackberry as well as fine points of nutmeg, zan, and a discreet hint of racy minerality. The palate is fruity and reveals freshness, minerality, acidity, good definition, energy and bite. On the palate this wine expresses juicy/tart blackcurrant, juicy/tart raspberry and more lightly fresh lily notes combined with hints of cherry blossom, racy minerality, salinity and fine hints of fresh blackberry as well as fine hints of lilac, graphite and a hint of cardamom (in the background). Good length. The tannins are racy.
