The nose is fruity, juicy and offers a small power, a good definition as well as freshness. It reveals notes of pulpy blackberry, strawberry and small notes of violet associated with fine touches of violet plum, cherry as well as very fine hints of violet, cherry blossom, discreet hints of chocolate, caramelized almond and a subtle hint iodine hint. The palate is fruity, fresh, elegant, beautifully on the fruit and offers a beautiful definition, a beautiful freshness, a certain delicacy, a bright/juicy fruit, a beautiful acidulous frame and vivacity/energy. On the palate this wine expresses notes of bright blackberry, cherry and small notes of raspberry associated with touches of bright strawberry as well as a subtle hint of violet plum, violet, discreet hints of cocoa pod, cardamom and a subtle hint of grilled hazelnut. A gourmand persistence on notes of chocolate (bring a good bitterness) and a very discreet varietal hint.
