The palate is fruity, fresh, elegant, beautifully on the fruit and offers a beautiful definition, a beautiful freshness, a certain delicacy, a bright/juicy fruit, a beautiful acidulous frame and vivacity/energy. On the palate this wine expresses notes of bright blackberry, cherry and small notes of raspberry associated with touches of bright strawberry as well as a subtle hint of violet plum, violet, discreet hints of cocoa pod, cardamom and a subtle hint of grilled hazelnut. A gourmand persistence on notes of chocolate (bring a good bitterness) and a very discreet varietal hint.
