The nose offers power, finesse and elegance. It reveals notes of fleshy blackberry, cassis and small notes of wild strawberry associated with touches of wild red berries, violet, Sichuan / gray pepper as well as slight toasted hints, chocolate and a very discreet hint of dry local vegetation. The palate is fruity, juicy, well-balanced, a bit supple and offers a good definition, juiciness, a slight suavity, gourmandise, a good structure as well as a slight straightness. On the palate this wine expresses notes of cassis, blackberry and small notes of black cherry associated with small touches of wild strawberry, small wild red berries as well as hints of grove, spices and dark chocolate. Tannins are very slightly dry.
