(75% Pinot Noir and 25% Pinot Meunier) The nose is lively and dynamic. It reveals notes of citrus (lemon …) and exotic fruits (quenette…) associated with hints of flowers. The palate is juicy, fat, round, gourmand, fruity, complex and offers a little creaminess. On the palate this Champagne expresses notes of citrus (tangerine, lemon, pink grapefruit) and fresh grapes combined with touches of pineapple as well as fine notes of Coconut. Good length and persistence.
