The nose is aromatic and offers a small freshness as well as a fine juiciness. It reveals notes of ripe lemon, pink litchee and small notes of nectarine associated with fine hints of quince, apple as well as discreet hints of juicy Mirabelle plum, fresh almond and egg cream. The palate is fruity, juicy, well-balanced and offers a beautiful mineral frame, finesse, a fine suavity, a good definition a swell as a fine complexity. The effervescence is delicate and precise. On the palate this Champagne expresses notes of ripe lemon, ripe green apple and small notes of juicy pink litchee associated with touches of nectarine, hints of citrus (quince, kumquat, orange) as well as a very discreet hint of fleshy Mirabelle plum, an imperceptible hint of bee wax and egg cream.
