The nose is fruity and offers a small intensity as well as gourmandize. It reveals notes of juicy vine peach, juicy William pear and small notes of crushed brugnon associated with fine touches of citrus. The palate is fruity, well-balanced and offers a good definition, a fine juiciness, minerality, a small tension as well as an acidulous frame. The effervescence is well-built and offers fine bubbles. On the palate this Champagne expresses notes of ripe lemon, juicy green apple and small notes of juicy quince associated with fine hints of crunchy flat peach as well as discreet hints of yellow fruits and bee wax.
