The nose is fruity and offers a small creaminess sensation. It reveals notes of apple associated with a discreet touch of citrus, a hint of quince and a hint of baked apple. The palate is fruity, relatively fresh, racy and offer fat and a small mineral frame. The effervescence is well made. In the mouth this Champagne expresses notes of apple, nectarine and a discreet touch of pear associated with a few slight notes of citrus (lemon, mandarin) as well as a discreet touch of lemon zest (bottom) and a touch of Granny apple skin / papaya.
