The nose reveals notes of exotic fruits, candied pear and apple associated with some small notes of spices and fresh hazelnut. The palate is elegant, very harmonious, fresh and fine. The effervescence is fine. In the mouth it reveals notes of white fruits (crispy apple, pear), pineapple and notes of apricot associated with some brioche. There are also a few slight notes of papaya, pear, grape and almond. Good length.
