The nose is fruity. It reveals notes of ripe lemon and Williams pear associated with slight touches of green apple, yellow peach as well as a hint of quince, beeswax, spices and almonds. The palate is fruity, well-balanced and offers a nice mineral frame, a slight fat as well as a slight suavity. The effervescence is slightly creamy. On the palate this Champagne expresses notes of ripe lemon and ripe / crushed apple associated with small notes of pear, yuzu, citrus zests as well as subtle touches of quince, beeswax and almond. Good length and good persistence. There are slight touches of almond and pâtisseries on the persistence.
