The nose is fruity. It reveals notes of lemon, fresh tangerine zests and juicy grapes combine with small notes of white fruits, citrus fruit as well as touches of egg cream. The palate is fruity, well-balanced, well-built and offers tension, a slight juiciness, an acid frame as well as a slight straightness. The effervescence is very fine and well-built. On the palate this wine expresses notes of lemon, mandarin and crunchy green apple associated with a subtle touch of juicy yellow grapes as well as a very discreet hint of almond. Good length. There are touches of crushed almonds / pâtisseries on the persistence.
