The palate is fruity, well-balanced and offers suavity as well as a good finesse of the grain. The effervescence is fine, dynamic and precise. On the palate this Champagne expresses notes if juicy/crunchy flat peach, juicy/crunchy apple and small notes of citrus associated with a touch of quince, pineapple/exotic fruits as well as discreet hints of bee wax. Good length.
