The nose is fruity, fresh and relatively powerful. It reveals notes of lime zest and ripe pear associated with fine notes of raspberry as well as slight notes of brioche. The palate is fruity, fat and offers an acid frame (quite present). The effervescence is abundant. In the mouth this Champagne expresses notes of citrus and pineapple combined with a slight hint of honey, slight notes of raspberry and cherry as well as a few slight notes of candied white fruit (in the background). Good length. The finish is slightly suave and fat.
