The nose is fruity. It reveals notes of beeswax, quince and mirabelle plum combined with a few slight notes of citrus (in the background) as well as a hint of almond and a discreet hint of yellow peach. The palate is fruity, gourmand, round, relatively fat and suave. The effervescence is fine and well made. In the mouth this Champagne expresses notes of lemon, clementine and slight notes of quince associated with small hints of crunchy Granny Smith apple as well as a touch of beeswax, discreet notes of brioche / dried fruit and a discreet touch of yellow peach.
