It reveals notes of blackberry, apple and slight notes of nectarine associated with slight notes of citrus and a discreet hint of wild strawberry (in the background). The palate is fruity, gourmand, elegant, suave, well built and offers tension. The effervescence is very fine and relatively creamy. In the mouth this Champagne expresses notes of strawberry, apple and nectarine associated with slight notes of citrus and a touch of pear. Good length. A harmonious and elegant Champagne!
