The palate is fruity, dynamic, elegant, relatively fat and offers a small acid / fruity frame and a small minerality. The effervescence is very fine, bright and finely creamy. In the mouth this Champagne expresses notes of lemon, vine peach and a touch of pear associated with slight notes of fresh citrus and a hint of quenette. Good length.
